Background The Department received appeal requests for the above. Due to timing of receipt and response some of these appeals will have been granted and resolved prior to the Board meeting. For each of those that remain outstanding, a copy of the Executive Director’s letter will be provided under separate cover as a supplement to this request. Recommendation Deny the appeal for any appeals that remain unresolved or not granted by the Executive Director.
